What is AutoWfh's AI Powered Smart LMS?
AutoWfh's AI Powered Smart LMS is a fully integrated campus automation platform that combines learning management, AI-driven personalised tutoring, exam and grading tools, and student/parent portals in one system. It is designed for schools, colleges, and universities that want to automate day-to-day academic operations and deliver a smarter learning experience — without managing multiple disconnected tools.
How long does it take to get started?
Most institutions are fully live within 2–4 weeks. Our onboarding team handles data migration, branding, user setup, and staff training. For larger universities with complex structures, we offer a phased rollout plan so departments can go live one at a time without disruption.
Can the LMS be customised with our institution's branding?
Yes. The platform supports full white-labelling — your logo, colour palette, custom domain, and email branding. Students and parents access the portal under your institution's identity, not AutoWfh's. Custom login pages and notification templates are included in all plans.
Is the platform hosted in the cloud or on-premise?
AutoWfh is primarily a cloud-hosted SaaS platform, hosted on enterprise-grade infrastructure with 99.9% uptime SLA. For institutions with strict data residency requirements, we also offer dedicated cloud deployments in your region. On-premise installation is available for select enterprise agreements — contact our team to discuss.
What support is available after go-live?
All plans include email and chat support with a 24-hour response SLA. Professional and Enterprise plans include a dedicated Customer Success Manager, priority phone support, and quarterly business reviews. We also provide a self-serve knowledge base and video tutorials for administrators, teachers, students, and parents.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing is based on the number of active learners and the modules selected. We offer annual contracts with a per-learner monthly fee. Discounts are available for multi-year commitments and for institutions in developing regions. How does the AI course builder work?
Educators simply upload a syllabus, topic outline, or existing slides. AutoWfh's AI engine generates structured lessons, quizzes, reading materials, and assignments automatically. A full course with assessments can be ready in under 10 minutes. Teachers review and publish — the AI does the heavy lifting of structuring and content drafting.
What is the AI Personalised Tutor?
The AI Tutor is a 24/7 conversational assistant embedded in each student's learning portal. It answers curriculum-specific questions, explains concepts in different ways, generates practice problems on demand, and adapts to each student's pace and learning style. It is trained on your course content — so it only answers within the scope of your curriculum.
Can the platform handle live classes and recorded sessions?
Yes. AutoWfh integrates with Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams for live sessions, and supports direct video uploads for recorded content. Live sessions are automatically linked to the relevant course, and attendance is tracked automatically. Recordings are stored securely and accessible to enrolled students on demand.
How does automated grading work?
Multiple-choice, true/false, and fill-in-the-blank assessments are graded instantly. For short-answer and essay questions, our AI grading engine scores responses based on rubrics you define and provides feedback to students. Teachers can review and override any AI grade at any time. Results are pushed to the grade book and parent portal automatically.
Does the platform support multiple languages?
The platform interface is available in English, Arabic, French, Hindi, and Spanish, with more languages being added. Course content can be uploaded in any language. The AI Tutor can respond in the language the student uses, making it suitable for multilingual campuses and international institutions.

Access, permissions, and portal features

How do students and parents log in?
Students and parents receive a welcome email with credentials when they are enrolled by the institution. They can log in via your branded portal URL or the AutoWfh mobile app (iOS and Android). Single Sign-On (SSO) with Google and Microsoft is also supported for institutions that use those identity providers.
What can parents see in the parent portal?
Parents can view real-time attendance, grades, assignment submissions, upcoming exams, and teacher announcements. They receive automated notifications for absences, low grades, and report card releases. The portal is designed to keep parents informed without requiring them to contact the school directly for routine updates.
Can multiple children be linked to one parent account?
Yes. A single parent account can be linked to multiple students enrolled at the same institution. The parent switches between children's dashboards with one click. This is especially useful for K-12 schools where families often have more than one child enrolled.
Is there a mobile app for students and parents?
Yes. AutoWfh offers native mobile apps for iOS and Android. Students can access lessons, submit assignments, chat with the AI Tutor, and track their progress. Parents receive push notifications for attendance, grades, and announcements. The app works offline for downloaded course materials.

Secure Credential Printing — General

Document types, ordering, and delivery

What types of documents can AutoWfh print?
AutoWfh prints a full range of secure academic credentials including degree and diploma certificates, marksheets and transcripts, hall tickets, provisional certificates, and student ID cards. All documents can be designed to your institution's specifications and include one or more layers of security printing.
What security features are applied to printed documents?
Every document is printed with multiple tamper-evident layers: UV-reactive security ink (patterns visible only under UV light), micro-text printing in borders, intaglio embossing (raised tactile ink), and a unique serialised QR code linked to a public verification portal. Holographic OVD overlays are available as an add-on for premium documents.
How do I place a print order?
Orders are placed through the AutoWfh credential printing dashboard. You upload student data (name, roll number, grades, etc.) via CSV or through a direct integration with your SIS or LMS. Our system generates proofs for approval before printing begins. Once approved, print orders are dispatched within the agreed turnaround window.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity. We serve institutions of all sizes — from small training institutes printing 50 certificates to large universities printing 50,000+ documents per batch. Pricing per unit decreases at higher volumes. Contact us for a volume-based quote.
How long does printing and delivery take?
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days from proof approval to dispatch. Express orders (2–3 business days) are available at an additional charge. International delivery timelines depend on destination — we ship globally via tracked courier. Bulk orders for large convocations should be placed at least 3 weeks in advance.
Can I preview the certificate design before printing?
Yes. Before any order goes to print, you receive a digital proof showing the exact layout, student data, and design elements. You can request revisions at no additional cost. Print production only begins after your written sign-off, ensuring there are no errors on the final documents.
