By accessing AutoWfh's website, platform, or any related service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use after any change means you accept the updated terms.

2 Use of Our Services

AutoWfh provides learning management, campus automation, and secure credential printing services to educational institutions. You agree to use our services only for lawful, educational, and institutional purposes. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems, accounts, or data.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any malicious code into our platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.
• Copy, reproduce, or misuse credentials issued through our platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software.

3 Accounts & Access

To use most parts of our platform, your institution will provision user accounts. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.

We may suspend or terminate access to any account that violates these terms or poses a security risk.

4 Intellectual Property

All content on the AutoWfh website and platform — including software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — is the property of AutoWfh or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Content that your institution uploads to the platform (such as course materials, student data, and credentials) remains the property of the institution. You grant AutoWfh a limited licence to host, process, and display this content solely to provide the services.

5 Fees & Payment

Access to our platform is typically provided under a subscription or service agreement with your institution. Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are set out in that agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once services are delivered.

6 Service Availability

We work hard to keep AutoWfh available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance, updates, or repairs that temporarily affect availability. We'll do our best to schedule these during off-peak hours and notify institutions where practical.

7 Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with or link to third-party services such as payment gateways, cloud providers, and verification partners. We are not responsible for the practices or content of those third parties. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policies.

8 Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. We do not guarantee that the services will always meet your specific requirements or be completely free of errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoWfh disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoWfh and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees paid by your institution for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10 Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the services if you breach these terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the services in a way that poses a risk to us or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the services ends, but provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution will continue to apply.

11 Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India, unless otherwise agreed in a separate service agreement.

12 Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify your institution. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
